ANDERSON, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A couple is speaking out after a teacher tied their 2-year-old daughter to a chair at a church daycare.
Victoria and Slade Lambert say the incident happened Nov. 14 at New Prospect Baptist Church Preschool. The child’s mother says she didn’t find out until a week later when she received the photo from another teacher who witnessed it.
