An unhappy customer is suing Henderson Castle, alleging in a lawsuit that, after he left a one-star review of the Kalamazoo bed and breakfast’s restaurant, an employee tracked down his place of employment and posted bad reviews in retaliation.
James Adams found a “caterpillar or worm” in his food while eating at H Prime Chophouse, Henderson Castle’s restaurant, he said in the lawsuit.
He attempted to speak with the owner or chef, “but they refused to acknowledge his complaint,” the lawsuit said…
