YORK, Pa. (WHTM) — The York County-based Kinsley Construction has officially named a new Chief Executive Officer.
According to Kinsley Construction, Jason Stouffer has been named as the construction company’s new CEO, succeeding Christopher Kinsley, who retired from the position earlier this year.
