LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville judge has dismissed several charges in a deadly hit-and-run case.
In April of 2023, police arrested Angelo Collier, claiming he had hit and killed 34-year-old Vinnie Jacoway in January while he was crossing the road.
