Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Center for Women and Babies is offering free tours for expectant parents to get a firsthand look at its labor and delivery unit as well as learn about services offered.
The tours showcase the hospital’s spacious labor and delivery suites and private postpartum rooms, and guests can explore the state-of-the-art facilities and learn about the personalized care. In addition, the hospitalist program at the Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Center for Women and Babies is the same team of physicians who care for newborns and moms at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital.
“Our goal is for expectant moms and their families to feel comfortable and confident at our hospital as they welcome their little ones into the world,” said Lisa Bishop, administrative director, nursing operations for Orlando Health South Lake Hospital Labor and Delivery. “These tours offer the opportunity to explore our labor and delivery unit, learn about services we provide and meet our care team so they can prepare for this exciting and momentous time.”
