ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) – The rooftop of the Angels of Assisi shelter off Franklin Road SW is now a turf grass playground for the pets.
The space allows the pets waiting for their forever home to run, play, and spend time with each other. It cost the shelter about $22,000 to complete.
