Southside neighbors report that their area is one of the lasts to see plowed roads

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — School was called off Tuesday in Syracuse because of the moderate amounts of snow Central New Yorkers saw.

Neighbors on many roads reported having problems getting around in the early morning. Roads were full of snow and slush.

One south side of Syracuse resident said that the highway on Tuesday morning had drivers going 35 miles an hour. Others reported having issues with traction control in their cars…
