El Paso Water: Rates to go back into community to support service

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Water held a community open house on Tuesday, Dec. 2 for residents to learn about the utility’s proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget and rate increase.

The open house was held at the company’s TecH20 Learning Center in East El Paso.
