TOWN OF BLOOMING GROVE, Wis. — A 68-year-old Madison man was arrested Tuesday for his eighth operating while intoxicated offense, the Dane County Sheriff’s Office reported.
A sheriff’s deputy pulled over a Ford van on Alvarez Avenue in the Town of Blooming Grove at around 2 p.m.
