Fireworks, threats, and DUI: Illinois man faces multiple charges

KINGSTON, Ill. (WTVO) — Matthew Morris, of Kingston, was arrested after allegedly throwing fireworks at his neighbors, revving a motorcycle engine in his garage, and threatening a deputy with a headbutt and tackle.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the 33000 block of Hagen Drive for a disturbance call around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday night.

Neighbors claimed Matthew Morris, 39, was banging on their window, yelling, shining a flashlight in the window, and throwing fireworks at their house…
