A highly-rated 4.9-star brewery out of Castle Rock is set to expand into Colorado Springs – and it will be taking the place of a local brewery that’s been slinging out craft beers for 17 years.
According to an announcement from 105 West Brewing Company, they’ll be opening a second location at 1466 Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs in January 2026. Those familiar with the craft beer scene in Colorado Springs may recognize this address as that of Trinity Brewing Company, which opened in 2008.
“We’re thrilled to announce that 105 West Brewing is expanding!” reads a Facebook post from 105 West on the matter. “Coming January 2026, we’ll be opening our second location in Colorado Springs — at the current home of Trinity Brewing on Garden of the Gods Road. While we’re excited about this new chapter, we also want to take a moment to celebrate Trinity Brewing for their 17 amazing years of fun, creativity, and community. They will be open through December 21st so stop by and wish Matt and the Trinity team all the best in what’s next.”…
