DENVER (KDVR) — Transportation Security Administration officers at the Denver International Airport are credited with saving the life of a passenger who collapsed while going through the security line in September.
On Sept. 23, TSA officers working in lanes 10 and 11 were processing passengers when a man who just went through screening and went to get his belongings collapsed. TSA said he lost consciousness and hit his head on the marble floor.

“I knew what the sound was, and I knew what I needed to do,” said officer Jessie Sims, who TSA said is a seasoned officer with 20 years of experience as a firefighter.
