HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A man accused of stealing a man’s truck with his two young children inside was indicted Tuesday.
Joshua Lopes-Keli, 36, was indicted with three counts of kidnapping, second-degree robbery, and unauthorized control of a vehicle.
