BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The attorney representing the teen charged in the deadly shooting at The Marketplace said about 1,500 pieces of evidence and nearly 1,000 pages of reports have been accrued in the case.
A substantial amount of time is needed to gather and review that evidence, the attorney representing Albert Briseno Jr. said during a hearing Wednesday in juvenile court.
