Lakeland Residents Invited to Celebrate 45th Annual Snowfest with Free Family Activities and Community Giving

Snowfest 2025 marks its 45th anniversary this year. The event is organized by the City of Lakeland’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Department. Snowfest takes place in Lakeland, Florida, and features man-made snow, lights, and holiday music. Admission is free with a canned food donation. Donations support Senior Orphans and Volunteers in Service to the Elderly (VISTE), which assist elderly residents in Lakeland.

This year’s event offers several activities for families. Children can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, make crafts at Santa’s Workshop, and take free train rides. The Junior League of Greater Lakeland is sponsoring a book giveaway. There will also be an artisan market with local vendors and food trucks serving seasonal items.
