LANSING, Mich. (WILX) -The city of Lansing is reminding people of its rules for filming or videotaping at city buildings and facilities.
It comes after the city was made aware of someone either using or intending to use a city building to record video for a private commercial purpose.
The city says its buildings and facilities are not intended for those purposes…
