LAYTON — A 48-year-old Miami Shores was arrested on Friday, Nov. 28, for allegedly touching a woman against her will at a local bar.
John Vincent Krieny was charged with battery and committing an unnatural and lascivious act, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to the Lime Tree Bay Resort at 8:37 p.m. after a woman reported that a man, later identified as Krieny, groped her under her shirt and on her pants while she was at the bar.
