Vi at Bentley Village appointed Staci Taylor as the director of human resources. In her role, Taylor oversees and manages all functions of the human resources department, enhancing both resident and employee satisfaction.
“ [Taylor’] background in human resources and healthcare aligns well with our community of over 600 employees,” said Penny Smith, executive director of Vi at Bentley Village. “She pays close attention to detail and demonstrates outstanding leadership, making her a great fit to lead our human resources operations. We are thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team.”
She has more than 20 years of progressive human resources experience, including employee development and training with several large companies such as Tenet Health and Providence Health Care. Taylor holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in human biology, both from Eastern Washington University. She has recently served as a board member and executive committee member of the National Association of Workforce Boards, where she contributed to shaping national workforce policy and strategy, and looks forward to representing our community and the Florida region in 2026…
