According to a social media post by the Healdsburg Police Department, Alfredo Floresrico, 25, was found in violation of his probation after a compliance check yesterday.
The local police conducted the compliance check as Floresrico is under probation terms in Sonoma County for repeat DUI offenses. It was during this visit that they discovered Floresrico in possession of alcohol, breaching the terms of his probation. Further scrutiny into his conduct, as part of his probation in Los Angeles County for sending harmful material to a minor, led officers to execute a warrantless search of his electronic devices.
