ONEIDA, Wis. (WFRV) – The Oneida 29-year-old, who is one of four adults charged with five counts of chronic child neglect stemming from a teenager left at just 35 pounds, appeared in court on November 25.
Court records show that Savanna Lefever, the daughter of the child’s stepmother, Melissa Goodman, had been in multiple hearings before a preliminary hearing was finally set.
