JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Due to forecasted storms December 4-5, 2025, Visit Jackson announced this year’s Capital City Lights has been canceled.
“We’re grateful to everyone who planned to join us and to our partners who worked hard to make this celebration possible,” said Kim Lewis, Visit Jackson’s Destination Development Manager.
As of publication, the Christmas by Candlelight Tours on December 5 and the City of Jackson Christmas Parade on December 6 will continue as planned.
