LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln teen found guilty of fatally shooting his brother last Christmas Eve was sentenced in Lancaster County District Court on Wednesday.
Kentrail McDaniel Jr., 17, was given five years of probation by Judge Susan Strong, a drastic difference from the maximum punishment of 20 years in prison.
