BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) is looking for a woman accused of battery of a police officer.
According to NOPD, a woman reportedly used bear spray on a group of people during an event on Nov. 23, 2025, near Clouet Street and Higgins Boulevard. Upon NOPD officers’ arrival, the suspect also sprayed officers and fled the scene on foot.
The woman is described as having blonde hair, a butterfly tattoo on her chest, and more tattoos on her right thigh, left neck and shoulder. She is believed to be between 20 and 25 years old.
