New Orleans attorney asks judge to order Mayor Cantrell to publicly explain her finances

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – A New Orleans attorney filed a motion asking an Orleans Parish civil judge to force Mayor LaToya Cantrell to lay out her private finances in open court.

Justin Schmidt, the attorney for Anne Breaud, asked a judge in a Dec. 2 filing to order Cantrell to produce her tax returns, pay stubs, title papers, and a series of other financial records.
