Ground Broken for Riggs Cat Rebuild Center in LR

Despite the cold weather, a large group of Nabholz Construction and Riggs Caterpillar staff members huddled together to watch company leaders break ground on the new Riggs Rebuild Center in Little Rock.

The new campus, which is being built on 40 acres off of South Shackleford Road, will feature three buildings totaling 160,000 square feet. It will include a parts warehouse, office space, 10 equipment-rebuild bays and 33 component disassembly and reassembly bays.

The facility will help Riggs Cat to perform large-scale rebuilds and service on Caterpillar equipment more quickly and efficiently. It is the largest single facility investment that the company has ever made.
