Erie County couple charged after deputies seize guns and drugs from their home

HOLLAND, N.Y. — An Erie County couple is facing charges after shotguns and rifles were recently seized from their home.

Jeremy Wawrzynski — identified by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office as a previously convicted felon — was found to be in possession of two shotguns and two rifles. The discovery came during the execution of a search warrant around 4:30 p.m. Monday for a residence on South Protection Road in the Town of Holland.

The guns “were located unsecured in a closet with ammunition present. Deputies also located marijuana, trace amounts of meth, and drug paraphernalia at the address,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement…
