On November 23, 2025, North Charleston Police Department officers responded to Lambs Road and Dorchester Road after reports of three men chasing a suspect toward a 7-Eleven store. The victims stated they were walking home from a grocery store when held up at gunpoint, with one victim placed in a headlock as the suspect attempted to fire but the gun misfired. No injuries occurred during the armed robbery and attempted murder.
