CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A woman is accused of breaking into a business that also does a lot of charity work. Esther Hall was arrested Dec. 3 for the Nov. 13 crime.
Hall broke into La Soupe on East McMillan and stole the cash register, according to court papers.
