Ram Hotels acquires the 91-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus, Ga. from the Satori Collective. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed. The transaction was brokered by Hunter Hotel Advisors’ SVP Mayank Patel and SVP Kami Burnette.
Built in 2008 and located in Columbus, the four-story, all-suite hotel sits on a 3.47-acre parcel and has extended-stay accommodations, complete with full kitchens and dedicated zones for working, relaxing, eating and sleeping. The property has multiple amenities including complimentary breakfast, 943 square feet of meeting space, a business center, outdoor pool and 24-7 fitness center, in addition to close access to a wide variety of dining options.
