Thirteen years ago, “Giving Tuesday” was started in New York City as a day to give back to the community and encourage people to do good, and since then, the movement has spread globally.
Back in Erie, organizations around the region celebrated another day of spreading generosity, with one catholic foundation hosting its annual “iGiveCatholic” donation drive.
“It’s taking part all over the country and even other parts of the globe.
