ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – Traffic was clogged in both directions of Interstate 69 Thursday morning in the southwestern corner of the county.
At least one crash was reported near the highway’s 294 mile-marker. That’s by Zanesville.
A public safety alert was sent out around 8:30 a.m. warning drivers about the traffic, saying I-69 was down to one lane in both directions.
