FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Bullet casings were left strewn across a highway in Fresno on Wednesday, according to the CHP.
CHP reported an unknown driver spilled thousands of empty shell casings on the westbound Highway 180 transition ramp onto southbound Highway 99.
Officers added that car and bike tires are not bulletproof, especially when they are sliding over thousands of casings.
Drivers are reminded to always stay alert to avoid these kinds of hazards…
