Gas station clerk held at gunpoint in Madera robbery, police say

MADERA, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two men are sought after an armed robbery at a local gas station in Madera Monday evening, the city’s Police Department announced.

Around 9 p.m., officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at a gas station near D Street and Cleveland Avenue.

Masked suspects wanted in Visalia armed robbery, police say

Police report video surveillance showed two masked suspects approaching the clerk behind the counter before they both brandished a firearm at the clerk. While holding the clerk at gunpoint, police say the suspects took various items and cash before fleeing the scene on foot.
