Hayward man sentenced for methamphetamine and heroin distribution, attempt to ‘facilitate’ drug trafficking

(FOX40.COM) — Robert Godinez, 53, of Hayward, was sentenced on Monday to 13 years in federal prison for having methamphetamine and heroin with the intent to distribute them.

According to the Department of Justice, Godinez was planning on using a cellphone to “facilitate drug trafficking”.

DOJ said that the court documents reported that on Aug. 30, 2019, law enforcement officers pulled over Godinez on a traffic stop after he purchased methamphetamine and heroin from a drug dealer in Stockton…
