LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) — Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced a settlement agreement with a Lancaster spa over allegations it sold gift cards to customers immediately before the business permanently closed.
Sunday said his office settled with Darbrod, Inc., the owner of Visage á Visage Day Spa and Salon in Lancaster, after customers reported it sold gift cards in the weeks leading up to, and even on the day of, the spa’s closure.
