Housing vs. overcrowding: vote tonight on Nashville rezoning proposals

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Leaders are considering changes to zoning rules to accommodate more residents as Nashville’s growth continues to boom.

FOX 17 News’ Johnny Maffei reports that while more housing could lead to affordable prices, not everyone is thrilled about the idea of new neighbors making things overcrowded.
