PENSACOLA, FL — Sweet Blessings Cafe is preparing to open in mid-December inside the SCI Building at 220 W Garden St, Pensacola, FL 32502, owner Agustin Rodriguez told Business Debut. The family-run concept will serve breakfast and lunch to building tenants and the surrounding downtown community.
What to Expect
The counter-service cafe will operate in the lobby of the SCI Building, which houses roughly 70 offices. Seating for about 40 guests will be available across indoor and outdoor areas.
Rodriguez said the goal is to create a welcoming, family-style atmosphere where guests feel known and cared for. “We want to meet them, we want to know them, we want to know what they like and cater to their needs,” he told Business Debut.
Menu and Vision
The menu blends Rodriguez’s Puerto Rican background with the Southern flavors of his wife, Nicole Burford. Offerings will include empanadas with various fillings, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, daily soups, and grab-and-go items such as protein bowls and salads.
