Man accused of stealing credit cards to place $65K in liquor orders in Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH, PA – A 26-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York, is facing multiple charges after allegedly using stolen credit cards and fake identities to buy over $65,000 worth of liquor from stores across Pennsylvania.

According to our CBS affiliate KDKA, Eugene Antwi was arrested in New York earlier this week and is expected to be arraigned in Pennsylvania. He has been charged with identity theft, access device fraud, theft by deception, forgery, and other related offenses.

The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General said Antwi used stolen debit and credit card information to place more than 200 online liquor orders. The orders were then picked up in person from stores located in 21 counties throughout Pennsylvania…
