Organizations throughout Queens brought a lot of stuffing and plenty of smiles to various communities for the Thanksgiving holiday.
State Sen. Kristin Gonzalez hosted a Thanksgiving event at the HANAC Harmony JVL Older Adult Center, top right, Thursday, Nov. 20, which was attended by approximately 270 people in Astoria, who enjoyed live music, raffles and a meal that included turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, cornbread and pumpkin pie.
