ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The City of St. Petersburg’s Housing and Land Use Committee on Thursday held conversations around annexing the historically Black Lincoln Cemetery in Gulfport.
“We have to stop pussyfooting around and to the right thing,” Councilmember Corey Givens said.
