SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Plans to bring a new hotel to Downtown Syracuse could be delayed thanks to a new lawsuit.
The future “Onondaga Hotel” project is planned near the intersection of East Fayette and South Warren Streets.
The lawsuit is being filed by Putnam Properties, which owns the Lafayette Building next to the site the hotel would be built on. It’s filed against the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency, the government organization that is helping make the project a reality…
