CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Delaware County man is facing felony charges and was denied bail after police said he shot and almost killed another man in Johnstown.
Najee Neal, 29, of Chester, was arrested after police were called to Honan Street in Johnstown on reports of a shooting on Aug. 23. When officers arrived, they found the victim on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the criminal complaint.
