Delta Utilities customers have recently been expressing their concerns over a sudden spike in their gas bills. A particular user reported a $100 increase in their bill, which they attributed to the company’s failure to take a reading of their usage for the past couple of months. Instead, they were only charged the customer fee and Paystar fee. The user was then billed for the previous months’ usage, along with a $50 usage adjustment.
