Woman suffers broken bone, man charged after multi-vehicle crash in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baton Rouge Police Department was called to a multi-vehicle crash in the 3000 block of Millerville Road on Nov. 8, 2025. The crash sent two people to the hospital.

The ensuing investigation led to Connor Manuel, 22, being charged with first-degree vehicular negligent injuring and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Officers responded at 8:46 p.m. and found that Manuel was driving at 2014 Honda Civic at the time of the crash.

As the investigation unfolded, officers found that Manuel “turned his vehicle in front of another vehicle, causing the traffic crash,” according to the affidavit…
