The Linn County Commission is seeking bids to prime and paint the courtroom on the third floor of the Courthouse at 108 N High Street, Linneus. The project includes about 1,850 square feet of wall space and 2,250 square feet of partially vaulted ceiling. Minor surface repairs and the use of several paint colors are part of the work.
Contractors must be insured and pick up a bid packet in person at the County Clerk’s office. Sealed bids labeled ‘COURTROOM PAINT’ are due to the Linn County Clerk by 10:00 a.m. on December 30, 2025.
