Frisco’s Director of Engineering Services Jason Brodigan said Rail District businesses may get an early Christmas present, as the city is on track to fully reopen Main Street by the end of December.
Brodigan said full two-way traffic — two lanes in each direction separated by a median — and pedestrian sidewalk access are planned to be open by the end of the month. During construction, Main Street has remained open but was reduced to one lane in each direction.
