Docs: Man arrested for assault at Thanksgiving Day parade

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 55-year-old man was arrested after allegedly punching and starting a fight with another man over owed money during the El Paso Thanksgiving Day parade that went viral on social media.

On Thursday, Nov. 27, officers with the El Paso Police Department (EPPD) working at the parade were dispatched to the intersection of Yandell Drive and Lee Street after a fight broke out, stated the arrest affidavit for Jose Manuel Faudoa.

Upon arrival, the officers encountered Faudoa in handcuffs and the alleged victim, who had a tissue in his left nostril to keep blood from coming out of his nose…
