ITASCA, Ill. — Illinois State Police and the Medical Examiner’s Office have confirmed that three people were killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash that shut down part of the outbound Eisenhower Expressway in northwest suburban Itasca overnight.
Authorities have not yet released the identities or ages of the victims, but an ISP source confirmed to WGN News that at least one child was killed.
