Docs: Man with disability pushed onto CTA tracks at Harlem Blue Line over $1; suspect detained

FOREST PARK, Ill. — A man with an intellectual disability was punched and pushed onto CTA tracks Monday morning at the Harlem Blue Line stop in Forest Park over a dollar, authorities allege.

Prosecutors identified the man responsible as Tommie O. Carter, 39, who law enforcement sources confirm has been arrested over 40 times in Cook County.
