Baby kidnapping suspect enters Alford Plea

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A kidnapping suspect returned to court this morning.

Betty Cross entered an Alford plea to an amended charge of 2nd degree kidnapping. Cross faces up to five years in prison. Cross took a 7-month-old child to Michigan in February.
